(excerpts): By my 45th birthday, I found myself tipping the scales at 355 lbs. and still gaining. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, sleep apnea, plantar fasciitis, and type 2 diabetes. Two weeks after starting a whole food, plant-based diet, my foot pain just stopped.
